2.     Client Acknowledgements

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Changes to completed orders (e.g., amendments to anchor texts or target URLs) may incur an admin fee of £15.00+VAT per change, at the discretion of the RankGuide Support team. Other changes may incur further charges.

All fees, services, documents, recommendations, and reports are confidential.

RankGuide is not liable for actions taken by search engines, directories, or third-party sites that may impact your website, including removal or refusal of content and links.

RankGuide does not control third-party site changes that may remove or alter placements. Refunds or replacements will only be issued per the specific service’s refund policy.

Clients assume all risks associated with the use of RankGuide services, including potential SEO impact.

RankGuide may amend anchor text or order details to achieve successful placements.

We do not guarantee any specific search engine ranking, traffic increases, or third-party metrics (e.g., Moz DA, SEMrush scores).

Link building inherently carries SEO risks, including potential search engine penalties.

RankGuide is not responsible for adverse SEO impacts resulting from changes made to a website by other parties.

3.     Use of the Website

You must not misuse our website. By registering an account or using the RankGuide website You agree not to:

• Commit or encourage any criminal offense
• Distribute malicious software or materials
• Hack, corrupt data, or interfere with our services
• Violate the rights of others or infringe on intellectual property
• Engage in spamming or disrupt our operations

Violations may be reported to relevant authorities.

4.     Intellectual Property

All content, software, and intellectual property on the RankGuide website are owned by RankGuide or our licensors and are protected under UK copyright law. You may view and print content for personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, or use any material for commercial purposes without our written permission.

5.     Contract Formation and Pricing

When placing an order, you:

• Confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally authorised to make a purchase
• Agree that your payment details are valid and that sufficient funds are available
• Understand that your order is only accepted once the order status changes to “In Progress”
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order. Pricing errors will be corrected, and affected customers will be notified.

6.     Refunds and Chargebacks

All sales are final unless we fail to deliver what was promised. Refunds are only provided in cases where services have not met the guaranteed metrics (e.g., linking root domains). Chargebacks or disputes should be discussed with our Customer Support team first.

8.     Third-Party Vendors

9.     Delivery Times

While most services are completed within 14–21 days, some may take up to 30 days depending on webmaster responses or niche availability. The delivery date is an approximation, not a guarantee.

10.  Order Amendments or Cancellation

Once an order is paid and marked “In Progress”, cancellation is not possible. Please contact support for amendment requests.

11.  Subscriptions – Subscribe & Save

We do not accept orders from industries involving:

• Animal cruelty
